On September 29, the 4th UDTA Annual Open Tennis Championship finals took place in Arthur Donati Park, Hooksett, NH, featuring thrilling matches in both singles and doubles categories. In the 4.0 & below division, Nathan edged out Faizan in two tightly contested sets, while Rikash triumphed over Todd with straight sets in the 3.5 & below division.
In the 8.0 & below open doubles, Mike and Jeremy secured their third consecutive championship, defeating Sunil and Om to claim the rolling trophy once again.
The event concluded with Mr. Madhab Gurung, Vice President of the New Hampshire Nepali Community, as the chief guest. The champions were awarded cash prizes and the prestigious rolling trophy, which can be permanently secured after three wins.
